Robotic Metal Coating
TAH’s Robotic Metal Coating (RMC) process, patented for its innovative use of pre-set computer programming, sets a new industry standard. Our RMC methods are not only faster and more environmentally friendly than traditional cladding techniques but also produce stronger metallurgy with superior wear resistance to paint and powder coating. Utilizing a robotic system in a novel way, our process enables high-speed metal deposition in a much cleaner environment. Unlike the current inefficient, costly, and hazardous methods, our high-speed robotic coating solution is cost-effective, safer, and results in a higher quality product.
